A very rare opertunity to buy a t350 these were very rare in 1970 only a hand full found there way into the uk ive spoken to main dealers who have never seen one there were lots of t250/ t500
i have owned this one for 44 years
20 years ago i rebuilt it every nut bolt and screw
frame
was stripped sand blasted powder coated and swinging arm head stock all new bearings seals
wheels
stripped new stainless spokes rimmes re chromed hubs bead blasted and rebuilt new bearings seals new brakes shoes front and rear
forks
compleatly stripped all new seals and bushes fork legs sent away to be ground and re hard chromed
engine
compleatly stripped and rebuilt along with gear box all new bearings and seals re boared to +0. 5 oversize new pistons all barrels heads bead blasted all casings polished new bolt gaskets and clutch
carbs
stripped ultra sonic bath cleaned and rebuilt
wiring loom
all insulation tape removed all wires rebound/ replaced as needed all connectors cleaned
seat
compleatly stripped sand blasted metal frame and re painted re upholstered new cover made as one off
tank/ side panels
all paint removed re sprayed 2pk primer/ top coat and laquer tank badges re gold plated head light original with class
general
all chrome work stripped re polished and re chromed all cables re placed new inner tubes and tyres wheels built by alfie haygons london and new shocks period style a pair of new pipes and bafels all rubber foot rest gear change kick start handle bar grips original all switches stripped cleaned polished rebuilt evan the original key has been re chromed
since this major rebuild this bike had not done 1000 miles in 20 years it has just sat in the work shop gathering dust
it would take very little to make this fabulas again could easly be the best in the uk
