1927 500 OHV Triumph TT – a fast flat tanker
The Triumph TT is based on an engine designed by Victor Horsman used for various speed record attempts and successes at Brooklands in the 1920’s. The engine possesses a remarkable performance and flexibility.
The machine in question was originally restored in 1976, restoration invoices are available. It has been in my possession for over 10 years and over that period the engine, gearbox, front fork, wheels, magneto etc. have all been overhauled. It is therefore reasonable to say that the TT is in good technical condition.
It comes with an extensive set of documentation such as the English V5 registration document the license no. in question however is no longer valid. Both frame and engine no. are as per the V5 document dating back to 1932.
Original parts incl. a magnificent Brooks saddle, AMAL TT carb, handlebars, ignition/ air control etc.
More detailed information is available upon request.
