Jaguar XK8 for sale with only 82, 000 miles. Drives superb and very fast! I had every intention of keeping this beautiful car until I die but a new business venture and moving force me into a reluctant sale.
The car benefits from low mileage new MOT until September 2020, no advisories. It's recently had a gearbox service as recommended at 70k miles.
There wasn't anything wrong with the gearbox, it is just recommended to service at 70k.
This is also the 1st year they introduced the 6 speed gearbox. Very reliable.
Front suspension replaced as I maintain it regularly to keep it in great condition.
That was in January this year and I have only driven 1000 miles since.
New tyres.
This XK8 includes 17-inch Alloy Wheels, Anti Lock Brakes, Cruise Control, Electronic Stability Program, Power Assisted Steering, Full Leather Interior, Body Coloured Bumpers, Parking Sensors, Electric Windows, Airbags, Electric Adjustable Seats, Climate Control, Traction Control, Alarm & Immobiliser. Note this car is a Cat D although this was just a bumper and one front panel replacement by the previous owner in 2014. This did have a full-service history but for the life of me I can't find it anywhere, I don't know of a way of getting the history either, so please bare this in mind but it did have full history I promise.
I have had this since 2014 and added 40k miles myself, no issues. Seriously the best car I've ever owned. Mechanically it is in top-notch condition. Obviously it is 18 years old so it does have the odd stone chip and scuff mainly the front bumper.
No Rust, all the underside was sealed by the previous owner so nothing to worry about there, I know the underside of XK8's are prone to rust due to how they are pulled along the production line, no issues with this one.
The interior is immaculate, no wear on the leather seats and still smells great when you get in.
