1962 Matchless G2 250cc
Registered on 7th September 1962, this lovely Matchless G2 has had just 6 owners over the last 57 years. Early last year she went through a thorough refurbishment and is in a good all-round condition.
She benefits from a 12 volt conversion with new regulator/ rectifier unit and is a nice easy starting bike, and goes first or second kick. She has had plenty done to her, including the frame painting, new shocks, tyres, seat battery, new Smiths speedo and much more as shown by the invoices with the bike.
She rides really well and sounds really lovely through her new Armours exhaust and has a nice smooth gear-change and goes very nicely. In addition she benefits from a rather nice registration number (non-transferable): GAS 611.
Classed as Historic; so MOT and Tax exempt, it comes with a folder full of invoices from the work done.
