The 124 Abarth was produced to compete in the rally championship, a feat that the 124 masterfully carried out, winning the European championship in 1972 and 1975. Thanks to the limited number of specimens produced and the numerous successes in the sports field, the 124 Abarth represents an important vehicle collectible for any fan of historic racing cars. The 124 Abarth was characterized by some substantial changes compared to the "normal" version: independent rear wheels, self-locking differential, reduced weight and a brilliant 1, 800cc twin-shaft engine, which combined with a close gearbox make the car extremely fun and responsive. This car is in Road configuration with regular plates and documents. The 124 ABARTH was built in about 1, 013 specimens, and today it is increasingly difficult to find specimens in road configuration.
