Fully restored some years ago, this UK supplied TR4a remains in excellent condition throughout.
It is fitted with an overdrive gearbox, wire wheels and a mohair hood which fits beautifully. The wheels and tyres are slightly wider than standard which gives the car a more purposeful stance and which help with road holding. A Motalita wooden steering is fitted.
The panel gaps are excellent and chromework, paintwork and fixtures and fittings are all superb.
A very good history file comes with the car showing that it has been well maintained and cared for over the last thirty years. There are MOT certificates back to 1978. The orginal Order Form is present as is an invoice from SAH in 1966 for the supply of a Stage 2 cylinder which the car still has.
The engine, which has electronic ignition fitted, is smooth and pulls very well and the overdrive works correctly.
