According to Alfa Romeo Automobilisimo Storico, chassis number AR 760084 originally corresponds to an Alfa Romeo Giulia GT Cabriolet RHD (105. 29), manufactured on the 9th March 1966 and sold on the 25th March 1966 to Alfa Romeo UK, London. It also confirms the body colour was hawthorn white, with black (Nero Fumo) skai interiors, as it is presented today.
This factory UK RHD Giulia GTC is one of only ninety-nine manufactured in right-hand drive and comes complete with it’s original UK number plate and a copy of it's original buff log book verifying it is a matching numbers car.
With the exception of a seven year sabbatical in a Swiss collection commencing in 2009 this GTC has remained in the UK throughout it’s life. We previously purchased this rare car in in 2016 and supplied it to a major UK private collection where it has remained until recently when we were given the opportunity to bring it back into stock.
This GTC is in excellent and very original, largely unrestored condition. In recent years it has been the subject of a gearbox rebuild, brake overhaul, engine out engine bay repaint and detail and dashboard refurbishment. During it’s time in the Swiss collection it was also maintained well with approximately £20, 000. 00 of expenditure including a repaint and a new hood more recently.
This GTC is lovely to drive, very rare and is ready for a new owner to enjoy.
