description: This beautiful 1975 uk registered suzuki t500 is a genuine crooks road legal racer & one of the last to be built by martin crooks of crooks suzuki in barrow in furness back in the seventies. It has all the original correct crooks parts fitted & has been mildly tuned for road use wit. The exhaust having been slightly modified internally. The original suzuki t500 made by crooks suzuki was ridden to victory in the 1970 production tt by frank whitewall which is well documented. Crooks then decided to make a few more of these bikes to commemorate there success at the tt. The frame & engine numbers are: 81844 & 81849 respectively. This bike was aquired by the last owner in 2015 & has been kept indoors in a heated enviroment. Since owning it he's had the engine completely rebuilt by paul bland motorsport of anglesey & then set up on a dyno. All the bodywork has been re-painted by r&s race paints in the original colours but with a metal flake paint that looks stunning when the sun catches it. They also reconditioned the tank. This motorcycle isn't just a stunning piece of motorcycling history, you can jump on it & ride it as shown in the youtube video link above. It's just been serviced at a55 motorcycles with a receipt present for £489. 23 & is ready to ride with brand new dunlop tyres fitted. It starts easily & rides just as it should. I can only describe this as a rare opportunit. To aquire a stunning piece of historic motorcycling history.
