Here is the perfect start to a sensational historic racing project - an AUSTIN HEALEY SPEEDWELL GT. Created by Spridget Racing Guru - Darryl Davis of Moto-Build Racing, this transformation from Frogeye Sprite to full Speedwell GT specification has been carried out regardless of cost (In excess of £17K so far!).
Now offered due to a change of direction by the owner, here is a car with all the hard work done! Chassis/ body have been fully restored and an FIA roll cage has been fitted. With easy access to competition race parts, this project can be easily finished to a new owner's specification with great results! Sold as a chassis/ body unit with no engine/ gearbox/ brakes/ wiring etc.

Eligible for all major historic racing series: HRDC, Equipe GTS, CSCC, HSCC, FIA and Goodwood. There will be a dedicated "Weslake Cup" race for these cars at the 2022 Goodwood Members Meeting.
These 'Pocket Rocket' historic racers are great fun, inexpensive to maintain and are proven 'Giant Killers' on track!
When you consider that an original Speedwell Sprite GT is being offered in Germany at £116K, a faithful evocation of the original seems a bargain at a fraction of the cost!
