This completely untouched Coupe is one of the extremely rare versions that were final assembled at the GM plant in Antwerp for customs reasons. It was first delivered in Austria in 1963 to a member of one of the large Austrian industrialist families that is still influential today. For more than 40 years the car is now in one hand and represents the showpiece of a collection, which is now slowly dissolved for age reasons.
Hardly any other collector's car has enjoyed such an extreme annual increase in value of several thousand Euros since the last few years as the C2 series Corvettes with split rear window. This variant was built only one year! Only a few examples of the Corvettes were built in Antwerp of which hardly any exist today, making this one a worldwide rarity! An original stamped GM nameplate in the engine compartment indicates the Antwerp factory. The price increase of the 1963 models is currently breathtaking and there is currently no end in sight. This makes this model series the first choice if you want to combine value investment with unlimited pleasure! Hardly any car is more fun!
The vehicle has its original Austrian papers from 1963, so it can be exported duty-free to all member states of the European Union. A worldwide delivery by our forwarder specialized in historic classics can be arranged upon request!
The car is on display in our US-Car Center in Klein-Pöchlarn and can only be viewed by prior appointment by telephone during our business hours from Wednesday to Saturday from 10:00 to 12:00 a. m. and from 2:00 to 6:00 p. m.
