Lomax 224 kit car - July 1979. Great looking Lomax project, about 80% completed with the 602cc twin choke engine that runs well. Has the disc brake gearbox, Ami 8 type front anti-roll bar, upgraded engine breather, very good chassis, five new tyres, two new rims, other rims renovated, new chrome headlights, new seats and upholstery present, seat belts included, very few bits needed to complete and nothing major. Also included : another good spare engine and disc brake 'box, carbs, and various other spares. Work left to complete : fit exhaust from front silencer back, indicators, connect pedal gear (all present,) steering column and gearlever assembly to bulkhead, wiring, connect up fuel system (all present), final fit bonnet , aero screens,(not present,) registration process and mot to complete - (qualifies for 'historic' class now). V5 present with good registration number. Owned for some years but motorcyle projects and carer duties now prevent me completing. Viewing welcome.
