This is my 1956 Bedford RLHZ (Green Goddess) Self Propelled Pump
Originally this fire engine was purchased to be part of a bar setup for an events company. Due to the pandemic the project was cancelled so this Green Goddess is now up for sale.
When sourcing this fire engine I looked at 5 different ones. This particular one was SOOO much better than any of the others on the market that it was a very easy decision to make. Most of them are rotten! She comes with all her equipment and the previous owner had all the pumps working at events on a regular basis.
She starts, drives and stops as she should. She's also a GG with full 4 wheel drive capabilities. There are a few marks and blemishes on the body but generally she's in really great condition. She's done just over 7000 miles (which is apparently allot for one of these) and comes with a vast amount of history, paperwork, manuals etc etc, there's even a genuine AFS jacket and hat!
Overall it was the best GG I saw by miles and she's now ready for a new home. I am open to offers but anything too optimistic will be ignored. For any more info feel free to call.
