Middlebridge Scimitar GTE (please note: advertised under Reliant, as Middlebridge make is not available in the drop-down list). Only 76 of these cars exist, and they were made circa 1989, after the manufacturing rights were bought from Reliant. These cars have a galvanised chassis, a big plus point. The engine (fitted at the factory), is the Cologne 2. 9 V6 (150 bhp), mated to the excellent type 9 Ford manual gearbox. The engines are good for in excess of 250, 000 miles. Dry stored since the strip down. Properly dry inside and out. Mechanically sound, it starts, stops and runs. Everything needed to get the car back to full running condition will be sold with the car, plus a host of new and good used parts too.
