OVERVIEW :
Overall this is an lovely, unabused example of the last of the line R170 SLK models with the 2. 3 litre, Supercharged engine, mated to a slick automatic gearbox. Being a 2004 model it also benefits from a few tweaks and improvements over the earlier models too. Having covered just 59, 000 miles from new by its 3 previous owners, this particular car isn't really broken in properly yet which is evident in how well it drives. Everything electrical works in the car, the all important electric hardtop is both smooth and quiet in its operation also. The car benefits from a new set of front headlight to replace the yellow ageing originals and I have also prepared it nicely by clay barring and machine polishing to give the paintwork a nice lustre. This along with some fresh badges, new mats and number plates to finish the details off.
If your in the market for a nice, appreciating classic this summer, then this SLK with its low miles, excellent history and overall great condition is definitely worth coming to view. It is not your usual messed about with example. This car has been looked after properly.
