I have owned this car for 30 years and is with great regret that I offer it up for sale!
It has only been caught out in the rain a handful of times and has never seen salt in the time I have owned it
The car has been modified to suit me.
It is particularly quick and absolutely thrilling to drive
Full Gtv 6 Recaro style interior
Gtv6 front torsion bars ( Lowered ) , Gtv6 dampers and uprated lowered rear springs, plus uprated rear anti roll bar ( Possibly front to but I struggle to remember)
Rebuild 2. 0 engine , 10. 5 compression pistons , plus a completely reworked head with oversize valves porting and fast road cam’s ( Detailed invoice for several thousand pounds for work. ) lightened flywheel.
( I picked up a small oil leak last winter whilst garaged, we think it’s one of the cigarette seals as it only leaks on the left hand side when running and seams to subside when driven regularly )
Stainless steel centre box and rear box
Twin 40s have been Ultrasonically cleaned and rebuild and balanced. K&N filters
23 Ignition Electronic Distributor
16’Steel wheels. Powder Coated. Hankook Tyres
Brake callipers were replaced with new ones, slotted front discs. Standard rear discs.
Secondary electric fan fitted for those “just encase days” ( Manually switched )
Rebuilt transaxle with 1800 gearing ( No synchro issues ) New Prop shaft Donuts fitted 2020.
Alpine stereo 6 speakers and 640 watt amp
The bodywork is solid, it was extensity rebuilt and resprayed 10 years ago, the paintwork is ok, however there is a very small amount of micro blister on random parts of the car.
Everything that I have ever replaced or taken apart went back together with Copper ease/ wax oil/ or grease
There are a number of bits that require finishing eg No interior lights ( Wiring it there ) No hand throttle or choke.
MOT’D until 2 July 2022 However car has Historic status and is Tax free and mot exempt

I invite inspections and have a pit so the car can be viewed closely underneath ( Covid 19 restrictions permitting )
I know almost every nut and bolt on this car and will hide nothing! nobody likes unexpected surprizes, if you have a question please ask.
No deposit will be taken from anyone until they have seen the car! All payments will be Bank Transfer and nothing will move until I am able to access the money paid in !
