1975 Pontiac Grand Ville Brougham Convertible , new 455 engine with 3000 kms on the rebuilt engine. Rebuilt automatic transmission. The car has 88, 000 original miles , The Pontiac has had been fully restored from the frame up.( frame has been powder coated.)The engine was replaced to a 455 , the old block had some issues and wasn’t rebuildable. New transmission, new seats, new convertible top, electrical, brakes, suspension, wheels and tires have been all upgraded. This car is owned by the third owner and had inherited the car from his uncle who had done the complete restoration. It had only been used for car shows and show and shines for the last ten years. The car has been well cared for over the years and has had regular maintenance. The car drives like a dream and is a pleasure to drive. The car needs nothing just turn the key and go and enjoy the ride. This is a very rare car as records show only 4500 were built that year.
Original owner was Stan Stronge a paraplegic, who is a member of the BC sports hall of fame. My Uncle was a close friend of his and bought the car from him as his health was failing in 1989. My Uncle (Wayne Moser) the second owner of the car helped Stan start and build the bc wheelchair basketball, and both were inducted into the BC wheelchair basketball hall of fame in 2019.
