Beautiful Classic 1960 Studebaker Hawk 2 door coupe. 4. 2litre V8 automatic. Totally solid, low mileage California car, which has had a major rebuild including a full respray to original White Sand, in two pack finish. New headlining and full retrim in cream and bronze. New fully fitted carpet. Engine overhauled and in fine running order. Full brake overhaul with new parts as required. Stainless twin exhaust system. Detailed engine bay and auxiliary equipment reconditioned and reinstalled. Now needs minor final fitting of some of the exterior trim and brightwork, a bit of rechroming on a couple of items (may be done by the time this finds a new owner) and maybe new tyres, as the originals are starting to show signs after long storage, but still inflated and plenty of tread. Runs, drives, stops and steers very well. All parts to complete are with the car. Currently living in a nice dry garage. This will be a top class vehicle when finished, but shortage of time and too many home improvements are taking priority (she decrees!)
