The condition, service record, low mileage (this car has travelled less than 6, 500 miles per year) and the fact that it’s a top ‘M’ Sport model, make it an up and coming collectors car. It has had only ONE previous owner from new. This car has never been smoked in and has NO dents whatsoever. The electric hood is pretty much immaculate with NO leaks or holes and works perfectly. I have 2 original remote keys/ alarm fobs (working), the original locking wheel nut key, the original tool kit/ spare wheel and the original owners/ service booklets. There are 12 months MOT remaining as it was done last week and she’s just had a fully synthetic oil/ filter service (receipts to prove). This car was supplied new by Fawdington BMW Newcastle. It was so well looked after by its original owner that 7 years later, it was re-sold as an ‘approved used’ car by the same garage, Lloyd BMW Newcastle (formerly Fawdingtons) in March 2012. I have the Lloyds Autocheck Certificate dated 23/ 3/ 2012. The gentleman who purchased it on 29/ 3/ 2012 from Lloyds BMW has owned it since then! I’m told it was garaged every night, hence the distinct lack of rust and excellent condition. There are lots of these cars for sale but very few like this one!
This is a very highly specced facelift M Sport model. As such, it is is extremely well appointed. Here are some of the factory fitted 'goodies';

This car has never been smoked in. It is completely HPi clear. The interior looks and smells superb. There is nothing broken or snapped inside. There is very little wear to the leather seats and no wear to the carpets. There are NO major dents to speak of and there are no traces of filler or 'ripples' anywhere on the original bodywork (my pet hate). There are no warning lights on the dash and it still drives very well indeed. Everything works just as it’s supposed to. As with any car approaching 17 years old, there are minor age related marks/ stone chips here and there. These cars can unfortunately suffer from rust so check any that you view with caution. Wheel arches are particular problems. I can grab any area of all four wings with both hands and pull as hard as I can........ they are all completely original and rock solid! The only trace of non-factory paint that I can see is a previous smart repair to the lower front bumper that is flaking slightly in a couple of small areas…………. not bad really considering her age!
