1988 LOTUS EXCEL SE
Just arrived in part exchange is this absolutely stunning ice blue Lotus Excel SE. It has covered just 66000 miles from new which is supported by numerous previous mots, some service history aswell as old period Lotus brochures, manuals and service folders. There is also evidence of a new battery and cam belt change within the last 2000 miles . The current mot is valid until July 2022 and we have given the car a thorough mechanical check over before taking it into stock and everything works exactly as it should including all the electrics and remote control central locking .
As well as mechanically the bodywork is in excellent overall condition, with no damage anywhere whatsoever . All the interior trim is superb order aswell with no rips or damage at all with the exception of the headlining which has dropped in a couple of areas - I am happy to send this to our trimmer to rectify for the new owner at our expense.
