An exceptionally original, 1 owner from new example of the much loved Rover 100 / Metro Kensington finished in Kingfisher Blue in truly stunning condition throughout.
Supplied new on 01/ 08/ 1995 by Whichford Rover of Ilford to a Mr Randall, also of Ilford who kept the car for some 26 years before finally making the decision to give up driving.
Following a 6 year period off the road the car has just undergone some light mechanical recommissioning & has just passed its M. O. T without an advisory.
Work carried out as follows:
- Timing Belt & Water Pump Replaced
- Anti-Freeze Replaced
- Both Rear Wheel Cylinders Replaced
- Hydrolastic Suspension Pump Up
- Rocker Cover Gasket Replaced
Unlike many Rover's of this era the car is entirely free of corrosion with all areas of of concern such as rear arches, sills & floor pans in totally sound condition.
As one would expect from such low mileage the car drives entirely without fault with no untoward noises.
Supplied complete with all owners manuals, both original keys & remote fob with original supplying dealer key ring, still wearing both original supplying dealer number plates as well as rear window sticker, all of which are in perfect condition.
The interior could pass for being just a few years old with little to no wear whatsoever & is still as comfortable today as the day it left the factory.
Please note that only the old style V5 is present owed to the length of time the car was owned & kept off the road however I have checked with DVLA & they have confirmed the car is 'In Trade' therefore can be taxed at a local post office on a V62 form when applying for a new V5 at a cost of £25.
