A bespoke camper van conversion in the XLWB VW Crafter. We call this our festival layout as it was specifically designed as relaxing space for living and working at all sorts of festivals. Its also pretty amazing for those great views while on the road.
The large door opens onto a u shaped sofa that overlooks the landscape or your mates rolling around outside. Whichever you prefer. We installed a queen size bed that also pushes out the back door so you can sleep under the stars via a nifty little cantilever device.
If you have ever been to a festival in October you will know why we also installed a Propex LPG blown air heater which is simply amazing and cheaper to run , quieter and less maintenance than the diesel equivalent. Theres a compact kitchen with the usual running water sink and hob. Cabinetry is by CreativCarpentry and is 15mm Birch ply. We couldn't decide whether a interior shower is a good idea due to losing the space we value so it I made it so it is possible to change out a kitchen unit to a full shower unit. Theres a few items left to finish but since this may not be to your taste I can tweak to your own specification if the asking price is reached or on request. The engine is of the larger size and so even though it is high-ish mileage, it drives really well. Servicing is up to date and it is running sweet. It has a full 12v system with solar panel on the roof, usb charging ports throughout. Mains hook up with automatic change over switch. The need for a house deposit forces sale. If the banks weren't so tight on lending we would not let this go! Priced to sell.
