ENGINE REBUILD:
Re-bored with new pistons
Crankshaft reground, new big end bearings.
Cylinder heads:-overhauled by the Cylinder head shop. New valve seats, guides, valves, springs.
Partial gas flowed, Metering plugs removed and fitted with removable items.
Crankshaft re-balanced.
Magneto rewound & new condenser.
Gearbox overhauled and checked / all Ok and in great condition.
Lots of external parts on the bike are made from stainless steel.
New stainless steel exhaust.
FRONT WHEEL:
New stainless rim & spokes + tyre and innertube.
Brakes relined.
New stainless steel brake fittings inc. stainless anchor arm.
New bearing pack.
REAR WHEEL / REAR END.
New stainless rim & spokes + tyre and innertube.
Brakes relined.
Chain guard powder coated.
New chain.
New stainless steel brake cover plate ( 40 hours to make )
New number plate holder.
New ally classic pressed number plate ordered from Tippers plates. ( Just fitted as seen in last picture )
New rear mudguard.

Centre Stand cross shaft removed & replaced with heavy wall ST/ Steel.
Swing arm shaft & pins replaced with stainless steel units.
