A completely unmodified, beautiful example of an appreciating classic, with only 26, 300 miles. This Subaru Impreza 2000 Turbo was supplied new to Beechfield Subaru in March 2000 and was used as a second car, kept almost exclusively in a garage. The original owner had the car for over 20 years before unfortunate circumstances meant that it was passed onto his wife, who sold it to me, it therefore officially has three owners but is really 2.
The car itself is in stunning condition both inside and out, the car has the optional leather seats which are in great condition. The rest of the interior is faultless, as you would expect for a car with such low mileage. The cigarette lighter and ashtray have never been used and every button and switch is fully functional.
The car drives beautifully, the 2. 0 litre turbocharged engine pulls hard throughout the rev range and feels much stronger than the claimed 214bhp suggests, there is no knocks from the suspension and the car stops perfectly. It sits on Yokohama Advan Fleva V701’s all round, which were fitted less than 200 miles ago, just one indicator that this car has been maintained with no expense spared.
It comes with a full service history, the previous couple serviced the car at Beechfield Subaru from new for several years and then afterwards at Subaru specialists Scoobyworld in Loughborough.
I had a large service done at a main dealer (Stourport Subaru) in December, which included a new water pump, cam belt and rear brake calliper. the car now needs absolutely nothing doing to it, it’s ready to be enjoyed.
This is a beautiful car and is one that deserves to be used and cared for. I am selling because a recent move to London has reduced my ability to drive the car and I do not want to keep it parked on a street. the car is currently at a friends facility, away from the weather.
