FOR SALE my 2005 New Beetle 1. 6 in green. I had planned to keep this longer but am selling because I don't have the space to keep it under cover after buying back one of my old cars (one that got away!) that has taken up the last space in the garage. This is now in a public car park and probably deserves better.

- Staggered set of OEM Porsche alloy wheels with coloured centre caps fitted with a matching set of ContiSport Contact 3's
- Wheel spacers to facilitate the change in bolt pattern
- Pioneer head unit with bluetooth and app support, with hands-free and phone cradle
- Upgraded Kenwood door speakers, the whole system works really well and sounds pretty good
A set of 5 VW steel wheels with tyres, original airbox and original CD player all come with the car if wanted.

No paperwork for these unfortunately, but all the stamps are in the book.
Cambelt replaced by V-A-G Tune in Aylesbury in January 2022 (invoice comes with the car) who also did a health check at the same time and confirmed that it is in good condition all things considered, with only a top-mount identified as needing attention in the medium term (no rush). They were impressed.
As a 17 year old car there are some bad points, as you might expect:
A. There is a scuff on the nearside rear quarter as shown in the pictures. Green hides it pretty well.
B. The driver side bolster has had a repair.
C. The headlining has sagged and been pinned back up.
D. Dings and dents around the place as you would expect for a car of this age
E, I had to change a bulb on the nearside since taking the pictures which required removing the light unit and it hasn't quite returned flush. I have had a garage secure it and the unit works as it should. The mechanism for securing the unit is in tact so it should return to where it came from, I just don't have the skills or the time to work on it. Replacement headlights are less than £100 online if you wanted to have a go with a new one.
Will come with the obligatory tartan rug on the parcel shelf and an envelope of surf stickers in the glove box if that's your thing. The handmade venus fly trap will be removed though.
