The rear quarters are original but have had Fabricated Wheel Arch repairs, as have the rear lower drop off panels, the car required various repairs doing, before the filler work was completed, the car was polyested , Epoxy sealed, 2K primed, Blocked, reprimed, blocked again and refinished with 4 coats of base and 4 coats of clear coat, then blocked and polished,
the paint is to show winning standard.
The Car was E5 Red, now Hemi Orange, was black inside, now Ivory and mint!
New quality carpets, new tread plates, seat frames blasted and refinished,
The car had a Vinyl roof from new, so i brought a quality one from the US, i decided not to have it fitted, but it comes with the car and with the stainless trims etc.
The cars fitted with as New ARE's 15x8 and as New BFG's,
the car comes with the original Rally Wheels, caps and rings, BFG's tyres etc, currently one of these is being used as a spare,
also included is a new mini trolley jack, and extra long breaker bar and wheel lug socket.
The car drives lovely, goes very well, drops jaws every where.
Very well balanced car, the small block is perfect for the E body Mopar's, Sounds epic, but the car is insulated to death!
The last MOT was back in 16' the only reason ive not had it tested is 1 its no longer needed, and 2 the car now retains its US lighting, ie amber side lamps and flashing brake lights,
it just looks cooler! however its an easy job to revert the UK spec if its a worry!
Faults are the trunk lid wont stay up now without support since the TA spoiler was fitted,
the 71 was a one year single torsion bar to lift the trunk lid, i did not want to risk breaking it so its set to its lowest tension, increasing the tension may keep the lid up without support?
The factory Tach no longer works due to to MSD dizzy requiring a special module?
and the passenger side sunvisor is missing, have no idea how many years its been gone!
There's the odd rattle from under the car on really rough roads, but on a nice surface its pretty epic!
