We are delighted to present for sale this handsome Series 3 ragtop, refurbished to ‘bond spec’ – as per the ‘No Time To Die’ James Bond film, where Bond is seen driving a Series 3 Land Rover® in Jamaica.
This vehicle features flared wheel arches, new canvas, a full set of large tyres on limestone rims, bonnet mounted spare, new galvanised bumper, rear mud flaps, tow ball and electrics,, colour coded lamp surrounds, defender mirrors for additional visibility and a recently refurbished body, with a spray finish.
The interior houses seating for seven in all new standard seats – three in the front, with twin benches to the rear. Deluxe matting is fitted throughout. These refurbishments tend to take twice as long to produce as a standard vehicle, due to the increased time spent in prep and detailing – this is what gives the ‘wow’ factor look and stylish appearance.
Out on the road, this old girl gives a pleasing period driving experience, which is aided by the larger 750 tyres to increase gearing. Taking the roof off, putting on your Aviators and a Cigar in your mouth really does make you feel like 007!
