Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow H. J. Mulliner, Park Ward Two-Door Fixed Head Saloon - the predecessor to the Corniche Coupe.
Imported from the UK to NZ in the 1980's, this motor car has been well maintained and was restored in the 90's to a very high standard by a skilled NZ coach builder. The body is RUST FREE and in very good condition (no salted roads in NZ.) Interior is tidy with the wood needing a tickle up.
The car runs, drives and may be made road legal with appropriate specialist maintenance. As per all Silver Shadows, regular servicing is required on the hydro-pneumatic brakes and suspension. A full restoration would make this car one of the best MPW Coupes on the road.
The current owner has moved to Australia and unfortunately the powers-that-be do not allow the import of such classics. Therefore I would like to pass the motor car on to a UK Rolls-Royce enthusiast. The market for such cars in NZ is extremely limited hence listing in the UK.
