1970 MG Midget 1275CC in Bronze Yellow with original factory hard top.
The car is complete save for one side window that is missing from the OE factory hard top, I have the rubber strip and trim finisher.
This is a restoration project however the sills and floors have been replaced in the past and are sound. There is corrosion in the front of the bonnet however the auction includes a good second hand bonnet shown in photos 11 & 12.
Non runner, but engine turns freely. New clutch slave cylinder. The car rolls freely but the brakes need overhauling. The auction includes a stainless steel rear exhaust box (will require fitting). There is a soft top frame and header rail but no soft top. The auction includes a half and full tonneau, jack and OE spare wheel. Also comes with original Smiths heater unit and spare clutch.
The V5 is in my name. Vehicle is currently on SORN and MOT exempt.
In summary a worthwhile project that unfortunately due to a change in circumstances I am unable to complete.
