Powered by a 2. 0-litre naturally aspirated inline-four engine coupled with a slick five-speed manual gearbox, this example boasts a significant service history file and is in very smart original condition. It also benefits from a recent cambelt service and clutch change. It comes complete with the original supplying dealer plates fitted, the original Renault puncture repair kit, tool kit, locking wheel nut key and accident management pack.
One of just 208 Racing Blue 182 Cups with the racing stripe, LT05LXL was supplied by Renault West London to it's first owner on the 1st of March 2005. It has been maintained by a mixture of Renault, Specialist, Independant and Franchised dealerships over the years, fully documented in 2 folders full of invoices and every MOT. It also comes with the original order form, sales brochure and 2 keys.
The cambelt was replaced in May 2021 along with the clutch and a minor service, a major service having been completed the year before. The paintwork is in good condition, benefiting from a stage 1 paint work correction in 2021, and the interior is very good. Both have worn their miles very well. The tyres are relatively new Michelin Pilot Sport 3s, and the wheels were professionally refurbished at the same time.
Non standard parts fitted to this Clio include a KTR stainless steel cat back exhaust, a Sony DAB / Bluetooth mechless stereo (standard radio comes with the car), and a "Snappy" re-trimmed steering wheel (again, the original comes with the car).
I am a serial Renaultsport Clio owner, this is my 8th, and I searched for a long time to find one as nice as this. This is not your usual uncared for or modified example, and would be a lovely addition to a modern classic collection, or usable car for sunny Sundays or holidays. 182 values are on the rise, and I suspect that in years to come this car will be worth significantly more due to it's originality, rare colour and relatively low miles.
