The 911 Series is the epitome of Porsche – classic styling, timeless appeal, exhilarating performance and superb roadholding. The ultimate 911 driving experience has always been reserved for the iconic, powerful Turbo variations. With its classic lines and immense power supply it remains one of the worlds most coveted yet available supercars.
993 Carrera was introduced in December 1993 and just under two years later in September 1995 the Turbo was launched. Increasing the power from the previous 964 Turbo’s 360bhp to 408bhp and 6 speed, four wheel drive the car was seen as an instant classic.
Standard equipment included:
4-wheel drive
ABS 5 braking system
18” alloy wheels
Air Conditioning
Electric Sunroof
The launch model also had the hard backed sport seats and came in the launch colour of Arena red and grey leather.
Our car, first registered to Tom Hartley on 8th November 1995 then has 22 service stamps to the last major service in 2019 at 69, 449 miles. The current owner bought the car at the start of lock down in 2020 and asked Porsche Glasgow to carry out a Pre Purchase Inspection, this remains on file. The car passed with flying colours with one note on the brake hose which have since been replaced.
The current owner is well known to me, I bought his last Porsche off him and ran it as a daily for 2 years, and he is fastidious. The car has been to his local Porsche specialist in Sussex for work twice in his 2 years and 1500 miles of ownership, each invoice over £1000 and a health check on each occasion, the most recent being March 2022. Current mileage is 71, 000.
We have priced the car competitively at £130, 000
