The Arkley SS was designed in the 1960s by John Britten Garages London, a Morgan and Lotus main agent. It is a two piece fibreglass conversion kit using an MG Midget, or A-H sprite platform the latter of which this Arkley is based. Arkley’s were often entered for competition in period and still used today in HSCC racing and hillclimbs etc. I used the car at Loton Park and Prescott in 2021 but I am struggling to find time to do this these days. Hence the regretable sale of this lovely little car with go cart handling.
All electrics work well. The heater has been removed but works and will be included with the car. This car would pass an MOT easily and is something I can get done at the full asking price. Delivery possible at . 85p per mile one way.
The paint is pretty good but there are imperfections and star cracks which I can forward photos of. I have a Dropbox with photos and videos which are available to be viewed. Just ask for the link.
