2005 – Fabulous original, unmolested condition. HPI clear with long MoT (Feb 2023)
If you know your Subarus, you know this is a very rare and sought-after car - it took me over 6 months to track this one down!!
300 sent to PRODRIVE by Subaru for the following official upgrades:
• Special STi interior and seats
• Unique 300 PRODRIVE alloy gear knob
• WRX 300 mats
• Unique ‘300’ badging on wings and boot lid
• Tracker
• PRODRIVE ecu remap
• PRODRIVE back box and all intercooler hoses
• Gold alloy wheels
• Red callipers
The bodywork is excellent for the age and mileage of this car. It’s had only 4 previous owners in 17 years!
Special edition interior is also in superb condition with no wear to the bolsters which is usually an issue for Impreza STi/ WRX seats.
All the special limited-edition stuff is in place and in great condition including the alloy gear knob (which are rocking horse poop to find) and the mats.
Engine, gearbox and clutch are all perfect and the car has full history, with the cambelt and water pump being replaced at 91K. It has just been serviced using genuine Subaru parts and had new brakes all round.
KYB shocks recently fitted with Tein springs provide great handling, but also a comfortable ride.
I have even got the super, super rare original dealer brochure (along with all the manuals / books etc).
This is a rare opportunity to buy an appreciating classic Subaru before prices go crazy (look at the MK1 P1 Prodrives!).
I am not a boy-racer (I’m in my 50’s!!!) and have scant time for timewasters or comedians. I searched over 6months to find a genuine, unmolested, straight car and I am loathed to sell. I have lost my storage unit where I keep some of my car collection, so I am having sell a few of my cars as I cannot find anywhere else to store them.
