Preventative Maintenance.
In 2019 I had the front end professionally re painted due to a few stone chips on the bumper / bonnet this included having the front wings blended in, in order to achieve a uniformed finish.
The air conditioning didn’t work when I bought the car, so in 2021 this was reinstated with the compressor being refurbished, new condenser, various seals and a re gas completed by the “Air Con Guy” it now operates perfectly.
In November 2021 I put the car into Preserve & Protect for a full underbody Dinitrol treatment where the side skirts and front & rear bumpers were removed to ensure full protection as well as cavity wax injection. The vehicle is due an inspection every 12 months to ensure the corrosion treatment is still doing its job,
This inspection is f. o. c.
While in at Preserve & Protect it was noted there was very slight corrosion on the rear arches, these have been professionally treated and re painted in April this year.
The alloys have been refurbished in sparkle silver, this was done April 2022 and are unmarked fitted with uniroyal rainsport 3’s all round the front ones being new.
New brembo rear discs, rear brake pads, centre section exhaust and fuel filler neck fitted May 2022, along with wheel geo set up all done at Automek.
The car comes complete with a lever arch file of invoices, every mot certificate since new, always run on v power in my ownership, the proof of this is contained in the file, I have every fuel receipt since I’ve owned the car!
The car is professionally cleaned every 2 weeks by a local detailing company, I think this clearly shows in the overall condition.
Conclusion
An extremely nice unabused example of an EP3 Premier Edition backed by a comprehensive history, the car is my pride and joy which I have looked after to the best of my ability for the last 4 1/ 2 years.
You are more than welcome to come and view the car, feel free to bring a friend / mechanic, no group viewings though, it doesn’t take 3 / 4 people to view a car, I will not entertain this scenario should it arise.
Test drives will be carried out by myself unless you have proof of fully comprehensive insurance for this particular car.
