The history of the F4 began in 1998 thanks to the creative genius of Massimo Tamburini for Cagiva, owner of the MV brand.
The first F4s produced had a 750 cm³ engine in the Serie Oro version, so called due to the extensive use of light materials such as magnesium and carbon, then, over the years and evolution after evolution, the displacements were first brought to 900 cc and subsequently to 1, 000 cc.
To seal the common objectives, on the 50th Anniversary of the National Acrobatic Team (PAN), MV Agusta dresses the most powerful and prestigious of its creations, the new F4, in the colors of the sky and the Italian flag, creating 11 exclusive specimens in the livery " Tricolor Arrows”.
The eleven precious "pieces", set up for the occasion with special components in noble materials such as carbon fiber and titanium and numbered exactly like the eleven aircraft of the acrobatic formation, incorporate their distinctive features in the graphics.
A small silver plate on the steering head indicates the number and initials of the aircraft to which each of the bikes is associated.
