Glenda is a 1976 RHD type 2 bay Devon conversion. The 1. 6L air cooled engine was fully reconditioned 3 years ago with ongoing maintenance/ service by a specialist VW garage. Approx. 12k has been spent on the engine/ bodywork over the past 3 yrs. The interior was installed 4 years ago with matching seat covers, door panels, flooring. All appliances are 4yrs old and include a gas cooker, sink and fridge. There is a fold away table and purpose-built cupboards/ drawers. The interior back seat becomes a rock and roll double bed. The pop-up roof is also 4 yrs old and was purchased from Spaceroof (2. 5K) There is also a removable fold out board which enables the roof to become an extra bed. There are LED lights, USB charging sockets and a 3-point plug socket plus Bluetooth stereo. The electrics work on both a leisure battery and hook up. The van has a full set of curtains plus a cover for the front windows so the van is completely private while sleeping. A tow bar has also been fitted. There are 4 seat belts. Glenda is MoT and tax exempt.. There are some minor bodywork blemishes (see last 3 pictures) Over the past 2 years Glenda has been listed on the Camptoo website in order to earn some extra income. Earnings were £2. 5k in 2020 and £5. 5k in 21. The following are reviews from the Camptoo website: My wife and I had the loveliest few days with Glenda..
