Reliant Robin SLX project
Very rare late Reliant Robin, this car was a "special order" vehicle from Reliant to Berrybrook dealers in 1999, the original owner ordered this one off colour of metallic lemon/ lime, same time another customer also ordered a orange one and they sat together in the showroom for a short time, ive included the photo in the listing, so you won't find another robin in this colour.
I got this a few months ago as the last owner left it sat on his driveway since the first lockdown and the owner never bothered to start using it again, so I got it as a non runner
Ive given it a really good clean, new battery and a set of plugs and it fired into life
Before it was stood the last owner had done lots of work to it, new alloy wheels, new clutch, new radiator, new accuspark dizzy and coil, new front brakes and king pin too
mileage is currently 76511
Paint isn't immaculate, it does have marks and scratches with some spotting on the roof as previous owner had a car cover on it but as you can see from the photos its still presentable
The interior has got a working radio and a clock, seats are nice and I fitted 2 new brackets seat brackets as one had rotted away, headlining is a little scruffy
So im selling this as a project, needs a new owner that wants to do the work on it to get it ready for the road and how they like it, ive got it running and moving but im sure theirs more to do, be a nice car when all finished
