This head turning Dodge Power Wagon Fire Truck was imported from Scandinavia, it is a 1970 Dodge W300 Power Wagon which was produced as a firefighting specification complete with a PTO pump at the front and a large water tank to the rear, the pump is still connected but not tested. We believe it is a one off in the UK in this specification and a very rare find in general in any spec in the UK.
Fully registered with a full UK Registration and Plate.
The truck has 4-wheel drive transmission with both high and low gearboxes and is powered by what we believe to be the original Chrysler 5. 2 Litre V8 Engine.
This a a working truck that starts, runs and stops fine, it is in need of 2-3 new tyres and the new owner might want it give it a respray, it was painted a few years ago, but it has a few runs on the bodywork.
It has different vinyl decals to what are shown on the photos, these are quite easy to remove, viewing welcome!
Recently the truck has had a a new battery, brake master cylinder and electronic ignition fitted, the underneath looks rust free and this truck looks to have had very little use over the years, the interior is immaculate.
With a bench seat up front seating 3 people comfortably and two rear seats, these are in immaculate condition, they appear to be original along with roof and floor linings and all other fittings look original!
The rear of the truck is what excites me with this vehicle, our original plan was to convert it into a craft beer truck for our business, (We already have one Dodge Pick Up Converted) but the business is changing direction slightly, hence this reluctant sale. The rear double doors have an area to fit beer coolers, or Barista coffee machine and fridges, and there are 2 x large storage compartments that could be converted to wood fire pizza, beer taps and a number of other uses, or simply use it and love it for what it is!
