Selling our Manta due to downsizing. She runs and drives very well. All electrics are working as they should. Tyres are all good and the Rostyle wheels are very tidy.
The interior is from a later car and suits the colour of this car perfectly. Dash is original and pretty much unmarked except for a small crack around the speaker holes.
Under the bonnet is pretty much corrosion free but is scratched and chipped as you might expect on a car that is used regularly. The body is presentable from a few feet away but does need work as follows. All wheel arches show signs of blistering in small areas. Sills also have a couple of larger areas that need work but are still solid to the touch. The garage who brought her out of hibernation for me checked her over and say the underside is exceptionally solid though it has had some small areas of welding in the past. Driver front wing has blistering near the A post but it’s not bad and would be an easy repair. Doors, bonnet, front panel passenger wing, back panel, boot floor, floor pans are all very good. She has a Cavalier front spoiler and boot lid spoiler. The front is perfect, the rear has a lot of cracking in the paint but a brand new one comes with the car. The vinyl roof is looking it’s age and needs a good clean and some sort of treatment to bring back the shine. The roof beneath is suffering from the usual sunroof issues but the rusted areas are still solid so should be fixable if you wanted to remove the vinyl to do it.
