this stunning superformance shelby cobra is in excellent condition with only 3700 miles on a ford 460ci big block engine with a tremec tko 5 speed transmission. Polished side pipes exit behind the doors and provide that unique and impressive cobra rumble, true halibrand knock-off polished wheels with wired spinners. the shelby comes with full wet gear which includes the soft-top and frame, drop in side windows and full 50/ 50 tonneau cover and also a soft indoor storage cover, all fold up into the boot in there original factory storage bags
finished in proper shelby style, this titanium (w/ black stripes) cobra clearly honors the beauty and dominant racing history of the unique shelby brand. Recently detailed, the highly polished show paintwork reflects beautifully with just a small mark in grp on top of front wing all external lenses, windscreen, trim, and chrome work are in excellent condition, as should be expected. Inside the cockpit, a leather steering wheel allows for a smooth and firm grip while driving. All period correct smiths gauges and lucas switches are in perfect working order. The customary original "single hoop chrome roll bar" glimmers in the light, and the original style leather seats feature racing style lap belts on the passenger side and full harness on the drivers side. Chrome front and back pit lifters add original character and style.
under the hood is a ford 460ci big block the only engine to have in these in my opinion , this strong and eager, fully serviced motor is ready to confidently take you wherever you choose to go. the superformance cobra is the only factory cobra built to such exacting standards that it is under license from carroll shelby inc!! this gently driven garage kept cobra is in excellent condition. It's an attractive car to own with a story to tell.
the investment value of superformance cobras as been just incredible the last two years , these cobras values have jumped nearly 100% in price and i could not probably replace this cobra today for less than £80k-£120k after shipping and duty, but its all v5 registered in the uk as a 1966 historic vehicle on 66 period correct registration number
