Here is my '92 (K) Jaguar Xjs convertible 4. 0 Litre strait 6 cylinder, rare 5 speed manual.
Mine since 2016, I purchased it from the previous owner who owned it from 1997 and garaged since.
Not many manual Xjs 4. 0 convertibles where made, no other manual open top classic Jaguar can be purchased for this money, in view of the increase in the value of E-type's, although it's not as iconic, so not a bad alternative, it is good value especially as being manual. Very original tidy car that drives well, but could do with a little more improvement but perfectly useable as is. Great for Silverstone Classic or Goodwood and all the other classic and Jaguar club events around the country.
The 1st 10 services were carried out by the suppling dealer in Dorset up to 66000 miles in 1995, then 2 by another Jaguar dealership and regular garage people from then on, has got all the original handbooks and service book + lots of various invoices and old Mot's.
I have carried out replacement sills as purchased from Norman Motors the Jaguar parts specialists, alternator, both front engine belts,
4 wheel's refurbished plus other things to around £3000.
125, 000 miles with lots of service history, 4 owners in total.
