It's with a heavy heart that my Mum is selling her 1980 Series 1 3500 V8 5 Speed manual gearbox Rover SD1. Here's what she's written:
This is a rolling restorantion of this rare spec and colour SD1.
Includes nearly £2000 in parts. Main ones are NOS.
Garage fitted new alternator belt but said power steering one not needed so it's included.
Valley Gasket Seal also fitted
1 x Spare Brake Master Reservoir (not SD1 but told it works facing the other way - bought before finding another original second hand one - now fitted)
NOS wing mirrors put on about 9 months ago
Ballast Resistor overrided and new later distributor installed with 12V Lucas coil
Timing set up
New Plugs and Leads
Brake Master Cylinder has been cleaned up and new seals installed
Runs and drives reliably but is a rolling restoration.
