Sad to say goodbye to this great little van (Gladys).
It was initially bought to complete the mongol rally in 2020, however due to Covid and so on it never came to be. As the stickers on it show (which have since been removed), a friend and I bought it off another team that had completed the rally a few years prior.
It has been mostly dry stored in a garage for last few years, as expected from a 1980s vehicle it does have some rust (See Pictures)
The previous owners upgraded the van with loads of fun little features along with some great tech such as a leisure battery and a proper relay setup to charge it while running.
This would be a great project to get back on the road with minimal work, and once it is the van would be tax and MOT exempt, with it's tiny 903cc engine it may even be ULEZ compliant.
The van does run and drive no issues as well
Only selling due to a lack of space to store it now - viewings are more than welcome just let me know
