Description
This 1964 Renault Dauphine Gordini was the subject of a two year restoration, on file is a photo album of the bodywork undergoing its transformation along with many invoices for the numerous parts and pieces needed. It has the Gordini 845cc engine, a 4 speed gearbox and, because it is a 1964 model, disc brakes all round. During my ownership the car has been kept in a dehumidified bubble with regular engine starts and warm ups together with occasional runs to Bicester Scrambles. It is in fantastic condition inside and out, the underside has been fully protected and the paintwork is excellent. It is UK registered, the V5 is in my name.
I have a number of Renaults but this one does not get used enough and perhaps the next owner will give it the use it deserves.
