An early 1968 UK-supplied Mercedes-Benz 280SL Pagoda fitted with an automatic gearbox and power assisted steering.
Finished in the wonderful colour scheme of Silver-Blue Metallic with Navy Blue leather interior and new correct two-tone carpets. The car has a matching colour hardtop in Silver-Blue and Navy blue soft top.
This is a car that we know very well, having sold it to the previous four owners over the past 26 years, and we’re delighted to have it back with us again. The last owner purchased this car from ourselves back in 2008 and enjoyed it extensively, covering over 30, 000 miles with adventurous tours around Europe and further afield.
Always serviced by marque specialists, Roger Edwards Motors, he spent over £30, 000 during his tenure.
Sadly the owner recently passed away and the car has not been much over the past couple of years. We have since carried out a full re-commissioning and servicing, naturally with Roger Edwards Motors, and the car is now ready for more adventures.
The car is complete with its original Becker Europa stereo, handbook and its original toolkit.
