This is a stunning powerful car, that turns heads and is in excellent condition. I have owned the car for 6yrs and spent £30K, the most costly item was a new interior and gearbox overhall. The previous owner had the car for 34yrs and spent £100K, having the engine completely overhauled and bodywork done. Interceptors were British built, Italian design and an American drive train. For a 53-year-old car, it has surprisingly modern features that makes it easy to drive in today’s modern traffic. This is a MKII with a V8 383cu in (6. 3ltr) engine, it has disc brakes all round, ABS, power steering, auto door locking, electric windows and several upgrades. When it was new it could do 140mph and 0-60 in 6. 3 seconds. There were 1128 MKII Interceptors made of which only 230 survive. I have 5 lever arch files full of bills documenting the above expenditure, MOT's, V5s, factory file, articles, history etc. These cars in their day cost the same as Astons, and many celebrities owned them.
