Rare? 1981 Suzuki SP400. Mostly original but replacement mudguards, indicators and Micron tail pipe. Some light corrosion on rims and chrome work, otherwise good condition. 12V conversion, lights now work through battery not direct off generator. NOS CDI unit just fitted and new battery. Most fasteners in stainless. Speedometer shows 39668 but low miles on re-bored cylinder and new piston, so good compression. New Mikuni carb (old CV carb supplied). Tank discoloured around filler as epoxy applied to stop paint peeling. V good spare tank included (no leaks and same colour) together with SP 370 engine. Option on spare SP 400 engine at additional cost. Current owner struggling to start bike owing to high compression and health issues. £1395. Axminster, Devon.
