Classic Car Design offers you this beautiful Porsche 996 Carrera 4S from 2002. It is a phase 2 with wide and well curved wings! Thanks to its restyling, the front of this version stands out aesthetically from the Boxster with its large air intakes. Together with the turbo, these are the most sought-after 996 models today.
On the outside, this car is in very good condition. It is painted in a strong grey, Kerguelen grey, which brings out the red rear light strip reminiscent of its predecessors. The rims are not original, but their offset and large edge fit perfectly and accentuate the sporty aspect of the car.
Inside, Porsches are often black, the upholstery of this one is very dark blue, it's more original without being flashy. The whole car is in very good condition, including the leather covered dashboard. The air conditioning, electric seats and PCM 1 are part of the original equipment and for aesthetics, there are also grey meter backgound and headrest badges.
Mechanically, the car works perfectly. The engine sounds a little more raucous because it is equipped with a sport silencer. We leave reassured because the IMS has just been done as well as the water pump. The brakes are also very recent. The clutch was replaced last summer during the regular service.
This is a nice 996 Carrera 4S that is just waiting to be used. Its booklet is present and stamped at Porsche until 2010 and more recently at specialists of the top of the range or the brand. The car was Porsche approved in 2008 and 2009 and will come with a 12 month warranty dedicated to Porsche. The 996 is the Porsche that goes up, it offers a driving ease previously unknown on a 911 while being sporty and powerful.
