V rare RHD diesel. Unmolested. Interior good, body sound. minor detailing needed. Chrome ok except bumpers. Starts and drives well.
History
Owned and dry stored by me since 2013. Apparently, only 2 in the UK.
No history came with the car but it’s condition shows the care that it has received through it’s life.
Featured in Mercedes Enthusiast Magazine in 2010.
Starting
Once started, settles into regular tick-over.
Clutch light and first engages fine, pulls off with no thrust washer noise or judder.
Pulls well but takes it’s time. Drum brakes.
Interior
The inside is totally un-molested, original and patinated.
A few stains on the carpet.
Body / chassis
Heavy grade steel welded where required under driver’s rear wheel arch and front outriggers.
New track-rod ends.
Polishes up very well. One dent to rear RHS mudguard. The bumpers have been painted.
