History of the BMW 3. 0 CSI offered here
The BMW E9 offered here was originally delivered in Sweden. It comes from a gigantic collection from Sweden and spent the last 20 years there. When we acquired this coupé, we were initially convinced that we could only manage with minor cosmetic improvements. But when we uncovered the underbody we found out that both the floor panels and the sills had to be replaced. In addition, the inner wings were restored, as well as the protective wall between the engine and the interior. One thing led to another. The bumpers were re-chromed, a stainless steel exhaust system was installed, the interior and the carpet and seats were re-upholstered and the entire car was repainted in its delivery colour "polaris - metallic". 16" Alpina Style rims with the matching Michelin tyres, as well as a Bilstein suspension with installed sports springs complete the appearance. The engine and ancillary units have undergone a major inspection and the radiator has been replaced. The compression values of the original engine are excellent, an engine & gearbox overhaul is far from necessary. We assume that the engine has already been professionally overhauled in the past.
Originally this beautiful CSI was delivered with a steel sunroof, the previous owner still fitted a matching wind deflector. Four electric windows, antenna, blue velour interior, as well as colour equipment were the extras of its time. We added new automatic seat belts for driver and passenger.
Now this icon is ready again for this season and the next years to give its new owner a lot of "driving pleasure".
