Description
Fiat 124 Sport 1608cc BC Twin cam engine for spares or repair, similar to the Miafiori engines fitted to Fiat 131. Engine has been in my garage for 40+ years, it was stripped for a project but not used and never rebuilt, it looks to be on standard bores going by the pistons but will require a rebore, the crank also looks to be standard from the bearing shells and looks in good condition, most of the major parts appear to be there.
The head looks like it may have been gas flowed at some time, or may just be very good as standard, unfortunately I do not have or can find the twin downdraught Weber/ Solex carb's that were originally on it, I may have used them on something else many years ago. I am selling it as the main components, Head, Block, Crank, Rods etc, other items like cams, cam covers, oil pump, disributor, filter, sundry nuts and bolts will come with it.
Ideal for classic 124 Sport, Fiat 131, Lada or similar Classic Rally car, must be pretty rare now., OPEN TO SENSIBLE OFFERS.
